kenmore / Panasonic Upper wand - 15''

I ordered this part because it looked like the identical part from my old Kenmore canister, vacuum cleaner. Disappointed that it was super super tight fit to put it together and almost impossible to take it apart. The beater bar would not work with the new part. Then after all said and done, and I requested to send it back,I would get a refund of $15 because of the inflated shipping and handling charges. Not impressed. Guess I should’ve stuck with Amazon!
