 RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return or exchange it, please contact us within 30 calendar days from date of purchase via telephone (905-639-2326) or on our web site email. info@vacconnection.com

We will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price back to the original form of payment or apply it towards the exchange of another product. ( Subject to conditions stated below )

The cost of shipping the product back from your address to our retail store will be FREE OF CHARGE and will be handled by a pre paid shipping label (conditions apply. (See below) 

Please Note* All Dyson products are final sale. Dyson warranty and replacement services are fulfilled by Dyson.

Please Note* All Central Vacuum Canister & Canister with Cleaning Set (Packages) are subject to return shipping fees in the event of a return for refund. **If you are unsure about what to order, or whether your home or space is set up for central vacuum, feel free to call us!  We would be more than happy to assist with any questions before you place an order for a Central Vacuum Canister or Package.

100% RETURN OR EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Returns and Exchanges will be excepted within 30 calendar days providing the following conditions are met :

  1. To receive a full refund : the box should be sealed, in original packaging and in saleable condition ( exception : see #2 #3 & #4 below)
  2. If the product you ordered has visible and extensive box damage, you can refuse to accept the product from the shipper or notate with the shipper the damage and accept the shipment for a closer inspection
  3. If you open the box and the product inside is found to be defective or damaged, the product can be returned but must be in original packaging, with no broken parts, or missing pieces ( unless this is why it needs to be returned in the first place)
  4. Box has been opened and product has not been used. ( Meeting this condition is subject to inspection of product once returned )
  5. All manuals must be in the box.
  6. All other issues or concerns regarding a possible return of exchange can be addressed to your satisfaction by contacting us via phone or via info@vacconnection.com

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES MAY BE DENIED OR RESTOCKING FEE'S APPLIED ON THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Any products ( excluding vacuums ) that have been extensively used.
  2. Any Bagless Vacuums : Noticeable wear on functional parts, or the collection of debris which would require extensive cleaning for re sale. ( Returns may be  eligible but subject to a re stocking fee )
  3. Bagged Vacuums : Noticeable wear on functional parts, or extensive use.( Returns may be eligible but subject to a re stocking fee )
  4. Product with any foul or offensive odors that have developed during the use of the product.
  5. Product that is considered to be damaged by the customer versus manufacture defective product.
  6. Any product that has been used in the collection of any hazardous goods or materials.
  7. Special order merchandise that is not part of the Vac Connections existing product lineup.
  8. Refurbished Products sold at Reduced Pricing (DYSON)
  9. Any electrical components that were ordered to repair existing equipment.
  10. Any Repair parts that were ordered to repair existing products
  11. If unsure about what would qualify for a Return, please contact us to ensure your satisfaction.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To Request a Return or exchange:

  1. Call our store @ 905-639-2326 or log on to our website and email us through info@vacconnection.com
  2. We will qualify your request for return and issue you a return authorization # as well as a prepaid shipping label back to you through your email address.
  3. You will then pack up the product in the original packaging. Make sure to include all parts, accessories, and manuals etc.
  4. Contact the shipper stated on the pre paid shipping label to pick up the goods or take the product to that local shippers depot .
  5. Once we have received the product back in our warehouse, we will examine and inspect the goods and compare to your reason for return or exchange.
  6. After the product has passed inspection, we will issue you a full refund back onto your original form of payment.
  7. If it's an exchange that's needed,we will send out a new product and advise you via email
  8.  Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to show up on your form of payment card
  9. .
