Conditions:

• The product must be in sellable condition: working order, no foul smells/odors, no broken parts, and no missing pieces (unless defective upon receipt).

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Products considered abused by the purchaser, including damage and foul odors.
• Equipment used in the recovery of hazardous materials.
• Electrical parts used for repairing equipment.

Return of Exchange Process:

1. Call, email us or log into My Account on our website ( Contact Us )
2. We will issue you a Return Authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label via email.
3. You will then pack up the product in the original packaging. Make sure to include all parts, accessories, and manuals etc.
4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product(s) and the reason for return.
5. After inspection, we will refund your entire order through the original payment method.
6. You will then receive a free gift card toward another purchase, based on the original purchase amount.
7. If it's an exchange that's needed, we will send out a new product and advise you via email. Any Credit will be issued back to the original for of payment
