Return Conditions (the basics)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • In sellable condition (working properly, no broken parts, no missing pieces)

  • Clean and odour-free

  • Returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories

  • Defective items are, of course, an exception and will be reviewed upon return


Items We’re Unable to Accept for Return or Exchange

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Products that show signs of misuse, damage, or strong odours

  • Equipment used for hazardous material recovery

  • Electrical or mechanical replacement parts (including batteries, motors, assemblies, and circuit boards), unless defective on arrival and approved after inspection

  • Soiled filters

  • Special-order (non-stock) items — these may be returnable with a restocking fee; please contact us for details

  • Refurbished items sold at reduced pricing

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges on replacement parts unless defective on arrival and approved after inspection.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported and returned within 30 days

  • Electrical or mechanical replacement parts (including batteries, motors, assemblies, and circuit boards) Do not qualify for return or exchange ( unless defective on arrival and approved after inspection )
  • All eligible replacement parts are fully inspected upon return before a refund or replacement is approved

  • Items returned damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a refund or exchange, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility

  • For buyer’s-remorse returns (accidental order, no longer needed, found a better price), a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if the item is not factory sealed

  • Returns that are misrepresented (for example, a claimed defect that cannot be verified or product that has been tampered with) may also be subject to restocking and shipping fees or void your return.  

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Getting started is easy:

  1. Call us, email us, or log in to My Account on our website and contact us

  2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization number and a pre-paid return shipping label

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and manuals

  4. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and confirm eligibility

  5. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item and notify you by email. Any applicable credits will be issued to the original form of payment.


Shipping & Delivery Notes

  • Central vacuum canisters and cleaning-set packages may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees

  • All online orders include tracking information

  • If a delivery attempt is missed and the package is sent to a pickup location, it must be collected within 5 business days

  • Unclaimed packages returned to us may result in shipping and restocking fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser
