I have done my research regarding Miele before purchasing one. Took me months to consider buying one as it is not a cheap product. As per reviews, it is considered one of the buy it for life vacuum. I have only used the vaccuum thrice since purchase and it has been excellent and does the job. I'd like to commend the seller's customer service. They answers my question promptly through their instagram account.

I was looking for a new central vac hose handle for our Retraflex system. I wanted one in black to match the other one we have. They told me to place my order online for the red one they have listed and they would order me in one in black. In a few days it arrived in black just like they promised. The shipping was free and the price I paid was less than any local supplier I could find here in Winnipeg. Excellent service!!!!

My friend lent me her Miele vacuum when she moved to Germany for 1 1/2 years and it was a DREAM! I finally got my own and I'm obsessed. She had the Classic C3 for comparison, I haven't noticed much difference in the performance. The suction power is amazing, I believe just the same as the C3. I love that the debris is collected in a bag and I don't have to empty it every time. The power cord isn't as long as the C3 but it works just fine for my 600sqft apartment. There isn't a compartment for the attachments, so they sit on the hose which I don't mind at all. I've only had this vacuum for a little over a month, but so far it compares to the C3 pretty well! I love it.

I have been dealing with vac connection for a very long time and I would never go anywhere else. Love this vacuum, replaced my old Dyson. The extra tools could be made a little stronger but they work. The people at Vac Connection in Burlington ON were great helping me this new wave of vacuums since I hadn't bought one in years. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.
