Love my new central vacuum. Excellent power suction necessary for picking up pet hair. Extra quiet motor and cleaner operation with Hepa filtration. Complete with an accessory tools kit and air hose with pre-installed zippered hose cover. All items were in stock and happy with both the service and pricing.

If you own a Dyson, you already know that the cordless vacuum is a game changer. But Dyson’s aftermarket support is dismal. When I needed a much needed replacement for my Torque Drive & Digital Motorcar Cleaner Head, I first went to Amazon. I bought and returned two motorbars because they were simply inferior; cheaper than the real Dyson part but not comparable. So I finally decided to pay a premium price. I found Vac Connection and called and spoke with Duncan, the owner. He was knowledgeable. The part I thought I needed was actually the wrong part. He counselled me about which part(s) I needed and why… and which parts I thought I needed and really did not. I ordered from Duncan and received the parts the next day. I am happy! Very happy. Happy to have the full power of my Dyson back to peak performance.

You cannot replace quality products. Most important, you cannot replace experience and expertise. Duncan at Vac Connection has it all! Highly recommend.
