This vacuum is fantastic. It works extremely well and is a joy to use. The colour I ordered wasn’t available in stock and someone at Vac Connection called me within about an hour of placing the order to explain and offered a different colour. My order shipped a few hours after. I am very happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Vac Connection again.

Great efficient informative service replacing a part for my central vacuum hose. While in the store, given information regarding re Miele Duoflex HX1which I decided to buy. Would deal with this store again.

The motor/vaccum part of our Dyson V11 would not run so I ordered the entire body. Vac Connection had the lowest proce I could find. Fast shipping and the replacement body fixed our Dyson.

I visited the store for different reason. That was to investigate purchasing a new vacuum but while there other people doing the same and a couple people learning about their Dyson filters. Could not decide on new vacuum but bought a Dyson for my present vac only when I got home it didn’t fit. I went back with my Dyson to make sure I was getting the right filter and very knowledgeable staff realized the trigger on my Dyson was not working properly and that was one of the reasons I was thinking of another vac because I could the trigger hard to hold. It is all fixed now!!
I appreciate the knowledge sharing of the associates and their explanations!! When I come to buy my new vacuum I will be back.
