So far the machine works great ,battery powere is as advised approx 45-50 mins and does the job very well. Super machine.

I have been looking for a specific part for my vacuum and other venders advertised that theirs would work with my model only to find that incorrect and having to go through the hassle of returns. This company was great and the part fit as advertised.

Finding parts for a 30-year-old vacuum cleaner is not an easy task! I found Vac Connection online and had to converse via email to ensure the part was correct. The staff was excellent! I purchased a refurbished Dyson Cordless vacuum as a gift. It looked brand new, came in a box and had a 1-yr warranty. I found the service friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. So far it seems to be working well. I also bought an extra filter and was surprised how inexpensive it was! I always go to Vac Connection even though it’s a bit of a drive for me, because they are trustworthy and helpful. 5 Stars!

The motor was exactly what I ordered although it turns out the original motor was still okay. I swapped them anyway and kept the new one as a spare.

Mobility & ease of use is great. Love the automatic power head shut off in the vertical position. The forward motion of the power head is a real bonus. Because the rotation of the vacuum is so good it is more difficult to use the power head on stairs. Overall a great vacuum so far.
