Vac Connection offers FREE Ground Shipping on online orders over $99 before taxes to eligible destinations within Canada.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using UPS, FedEx, or Purolator, depending on the destination and shipment requirements.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping carrier and tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment online.
Orders Under $99
For orders under $99, we offer a reasonable flat-rate shipping charge calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
*Remote Locations & Beyond Destination Charges
Some areas of Canada are considered remote or extended-service locations by UPS, FedEx, or Purolator. Carriers may apply an additional surcharge to deliveries in these areas, commonly referred to as a Beyond Destination, Extended Area, or Remote Area charge.
These additional carrier surcharges are not included in our Free Shipping offer.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, Vac Connection will still cover the regular base shipping cost. The customer is responsible only for any additional remote or Beyond Destination surcharge imposed by the carrier.
In many cases, we will not know that an address is subject to an additional surcharge until your order has been received and your shipping address has been entered into the carrier's system.
If an additional charge applies, we will contact you before shipping your order. You will then have the option to:
- Pay the additional remote-location shipping charge; or
- Cancel your order and receive a full refund.
An example of a Beyond Destination location could include a remote island off the coast of British Columbia, a remote northern community that is not serviced through a carrier's regular delivery network, cottages or lake houses which would may require additional travel times.
