The Vac Connection offers “Free Ground Shipping “on all website orders over $99.00 (before Taxes) within Canada.

All Free Ship orders will be sent via Ground Shipping through either UPS / FED EX / or PUROLATOR. After your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us detailing which shipper was used as well as the tracking Number so you can go online and track the progress of your shipment.

Below, you can see an example of some destination cities and towns and approximate delivery times to those areas. Please note that any cities/ towns / or suburbs that surround these destinations would be included within the delivery times mentioned. If you live in any rural areas around these urban centers, please add 1 to 2 business days to your delivery time.

Please note** Currently there are certain areas of Canada outside of the areas listed that are not serviced by the shipping companies that we use. These areas incur additional shipping charges called "BEYOND DESTINATION" charges. If you purchase an item that falls under the $99.00 free shipping schedule please note that these " Beyond Destination " charges and ONLY THESE CHARGES will not be covered and will be the responsibility of the customer to pay. We will however pay for the base cost of the shipment to you. Once we receive your order and input your address for shipping , this is when we find out that your address falls within the category "Beyond Destination" . We will notify you to give you the option of paying these fees or we will refund your purchase price back to you . An extreme example of "Beyond Destination"  would be a remote island off the BC coast or a remote village in some of our northern provinces that are not serviced by conventional shippers.
