Duncan helped me select a new central vacuum. Casey called me the next day after my purchase to arrange the install. He did a very neat install for me . I like that this store has been around for a long time and it is a family business.

My 22yo central vacuum inlet flange was broken inside the wall, so the central vac had been leaking air the whole time. I was looking for something to fix it. I tried my luck and dropped by the store. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. He showed me how to and sold me the flange and the inlet cover to fix it. The inlet cover has much better seal than those sold at big box stores. He also helped with my questions on how to maintain my Beam central vac. Great store. Highly recommend.
