Waited almost 2 months for local dealer to get filters, which he was unable to get. Ordered from VacConnection and had them within 3 days. Super services.
Good service
Ordered a part and customer service representative reached out to me to ensure that I ordered the correct part. This is a win for me.
The staff was wonderful! Directed me on which part my Dyson needed, and when I failed at installing it myself at home, they took over. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Great to work with. Thank yoU VacConnection team!
Amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful staff. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Great service
excellent service
The C1 meets all our needs, the staff didn't try and oversell us and the unit works just as advertised. Buying local and keeping our dollars in Canada. Great experience!!
I have purchased my 3rd unit and they are always delivered well and seem to work as good as new one. Good value!
Website was very easy to follow . I have ordered several components in the last couple of years and have not had to return and product! It always fit !
Good price, efficient service with appropriate frequent order status updates. My 1st time there. Will buy again.
We’ve been using Persil powder for many years. It’s the best, with a light scent and cleans really well without having to use too much.
