I ordered a Sebo E3 vacuum cleaner online from this store. I received a call from someone shortly after, confirming the order and letting me know when their next shipment was coming in. I appreciated that they did not leave me waiting and wondering about when I should be expecting it.
So far, my wife and I love the vacuum! It's got a 10 year warranty - time will tell if it is needed - and knowing that I can return to this shop if it needs servicing or repairs gives me comfort.
