Genuine OEM Dyson Mattress Tool for Big Ball Canisters Models

My 22yo central vacuum inlet flange was broken inside the wall, so the central vac had been leaking air the whole time. I was looking for something to fix it. I tried my luck and dropped by the store. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. He showed me how to and sold me the flange and the inlet cover to fix it. The inlet cover has much better seal than those sold at big box stores. He also helped with my questions on how to maintain my Beam central vac. Great store. Highly recommend.

Finding parts for a 30-year-old vacuum cleaner is not an easy task! I found Vac Connection online and had to converse via email to ensure the part was correct. The staff was excellent! Mobility & ease of use is great. Love the automatic power head shut off in the vertical position. The forward motion of the power head is a real bonus. Because the rotation of the vacuum is so good it is more difficult to use the power head on stairs. Overall a great vacuum so far.

They called me to confirm some details of my order and it turned out I'd made a mistake. They caught it and corrected the order and I got exactly what I needed. That was good customer service!

overall I'm happy with it. The hose is flexible and doesn't kink. The main head works great on carpets. My only issue is that the hard floor head (which I use the most) has longer bristles than my previous one, so it is a little high and doesn't pick up well. Also my dog's hair gets caught in the bristles rather than being sucked up. Otherwise, great. And the service was fabulous!
