I visited the store for different reason. That was to investigate purchasing a new vacuum but while there other people doing the same and a couple people learning about their Dyson filters. Could not decide on new vacuum but bought a Dyson for my present vac only when I got home it didn’t fit. I went back with my Dyson to make sure I was getting the right filter and very knowledgeable staff realized the trigger on my Dyson was not working properly and that was one of the reasons I was thinking of another vac because I could the trigger hard to hold. It is all fixed now!!
I appreciate the knowledge sharing of the associates and their explanations!! When I come to buy my new vacuum I will be back.
