The hose is great but the stair attachment doesn’t work well.
Ordered a central vaccuum unit with hose kit along with additional hose and attachments. Duncan was kind enough to consolidate the additional hose and attachment kit into a pre-configured kit that also inlcuded the wall hook and attachment bag free of charge.
When the unit came in, it was missing the mounting bracket. Duncan shipped one out immediately.
Finished installing the unit over the weekend and we are extremely pleased.
