Excellent customer service

I have done my research regarding Miele before purchasing one. Took me months to consider buying one as it is not a cheap product. As per reviews, it is considered one of the buy it for life vacuum. I have only used the vaccuum thrice since purchase and it has been excellent and does the job. I'd like to commend the seller's customer service. They answers my question promptly through their instagram account.
