Mobility & ease of use is great. Love the automatic power head shut off in the vertical position. The forward motion of the power head is a real bonus. Because the rotation of the vacuum is so good it is more difficult to use the power head on stairs. Overall a great vacuum so far.

But will I get rerouted to google again?

I cannot thank the team at VacConnection enough for their help in choosing a vacuum. I needed one that accommodated several floor types (hardwood, end to end carpeting and area rugs) plus a dog who constantly sheds.
