The Miele vac works great. We like how it senses the type of floor and adjusts accordingly. Cuts time by not having to change heads when switching between rugs and hardwood.

It take a bit long for the shipping, but the replacement piece arrive in great shape and everything works well. That said, Dyson never have replacement pieces and the price here was similare and the pieces had disponibility. So nothing to really complain, would recommand. (Quebecer, sorry for the bad english ;) )
